You can elect to collect goods from our warehouse for items that we don’t deliver or if you want to save the cost of our delivery charges.
Once you have paid for your order, we will contact you to confirm your item/s are ready for collection by appointment from our warehouse.
Please allow a minimum of 24 hours and do not just turn up as items are not always stored in the same location and we may need some time to get your order ready.
All goods collected from our warehouse must be unwrapped and properly checked at the time of collection and accepted before they are removed from our property. No returns, damages, or shortages will be accepted once the goods have been taken away by you or your carrier, so the work has to be done at the time of collection to make sure you are happy with the goods being collected.
We also won’t accept goods back due to unsuitability under the distance trading regulation, because you would have seen them in person when checking the condition so the Distance Trading Regulation does not apply.
